Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 456ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times. 456ph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify 456ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 456ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account credentials where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security.
456ph will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 456ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
As part of our Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations and in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations, 456ph may require you to complete an identity verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This process may require you to submit copies of identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. 456ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of the KYC process.
All financial transactions on the 456ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 456ph supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at 456ph's discretion.
Deposits are credited to your 456ph account balance upon confirmation of receipt by our payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 456ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which 456ph accepts no responsibility.
All funds deposited into your 456ph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. 456ph reserves the right to return funds to the originating payment method and suspend the account if a third-party funding source is detected.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes published in our FAQ section. 456ph reserves the right to conduct additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

456ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. 456ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
All games available on the 456ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
456ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG systems used by 456ph are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are based on independently audited values.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 456ph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its correct state. Where this is not possible, 456ph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account balance. 456ph shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
Note: Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the 456ph system are final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player after the game round has commenced.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 456ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

456ph grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform; or use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform.
The 456ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of 456ph. You may not use any 456ph trademark without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 456ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.
456ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 456ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
456ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 456ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
456ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
456ph implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and 456ph cannot guarantee absolute security.
456ph may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or in connection with the investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as provided under applicable Philippine law.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 456ph to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
